Frequently asked questions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription and click 'Cancel Subscription'. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Convo only processes conversation data necessary to provide AI assistance. We use conversation context to generate relevant cues and suggestions. All data is encrypted and can be deleted at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Convo listens and transcribes your meeting in the background. Live Assistant analyses the conversation every few seconds and steps in when it catches an objection, buying signal, missing question, or another useful moment. Ask AI is different: it responds only when you ask, using the live conversation, uploaded documents, and past meetings.
Convo works with all major video platforms including Zoom, Teams, Meet, and WebEx. Our desktop app captures audio system-wide, so it works regardless of your video platform choice.
