How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your Convo subscription at any time. Here's how to do it step by step.

Cancel through your account settings

  1. Log in to your Convo app
  2. Select "Settings" from the toolbar menu
  3. Navigate to "Billing"
  4. Click "Manage"
  5. Click "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page

What happens after cancellation?

  • Immediate access: You'll continue to have full access to Convo until the end of your current billing period
  • No auto-renewal: Your subscription will not automatically renew
  • Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time before it expires
