How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your Convo subscription at any time. Here's how to do it step by step.
Cancel through your account settings
- Log in to your Convo account
- Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu
- Navigate to "Billing"
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Click "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page
What happens after cancellation?
- Immediate access: You'll continue to have full access to Convo until the end of your current billing period
- No auto-renewal: Your subscription will not automatically renew
- Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time before it expires
