Get started with Convo and experience AI-powered meeting assistance in your first conversation.

Before your first meeting

  1. Download the Convo app - Available for Mac
  2. Complete account setup - Verify your email and set your preferences
  3. Test your audio - Ensure Convo can access your system audio

Starting your first meeting

  1. Launch Convo - The app will automatically detect to provide suggestions once you start speaking
  2. Grant permissions - Allow audio access if prompted
  3. Start talking - Convo will begin analyzing the conversation in real-time
  4. Ask anything - Ask whatever you want from the conversatoin

What to expect during the meeting

  • Real-time cues: Convo will surface relevant information about participants
  • Smart suggestions: Get suggested responses and talking points
  • Context awareness: The AI understands meeting flow and topic changes

After the meeting

Once your meeting ends, Convo will:

Troubleshooting common issues

Convo isn't detecting my meeting

Make sure your system audio is enabled and Convo has permission to access audio.

No AI suggestions appearing

This is normal for the first few minutes as Convo analyzes context. Suggestions will appear once there's enough conversation data.

Audio quality issues

Check your microphone settings and ensure you're using a good quality headset or microphone.
