How does Convo access my StreamYard calls?

Convo runs locally on your computer, capturing StreamYard system audio. It never joins as a visible bot—other participants don't see it. Audio processes on your device before syncing to Slack.

Will other people on the StreamYard call know I'm using this?

No. Unlike Fireflies or Otter, Convo doesn't add a "recording bot" to your StreamYard call. It's completely invisible. Only you know it's running.
