Calendar integration helps you stay prepared by showing your next 5 upcoming events directly in the Convo dashboard. Benefits include:
Privacy first: Convo only requests read-only access to your calendar. We never create, modify, or delete your events.
Follow these steps to connect your Google Calendar to Convo:
After authorization, you'll be redirected back to Convo. The dashboard will update to show:
Once connected, the Home view displays your next 5 upcoming events as interactive cards.
Each calendar event card shows:
Title, start time, duration, and location (if available)
Time remaining shown as "in Xh" or "in Xm"
Red (urgent: <15min), Orange (soon: <60min), Green (upcoming)
Number of people invited to the meeting
Click any event card to open it in Google Calendar in your default browser. This is useful for:

In the All Calls view, switch to the My calls tab to see only conversations from meetings you organized. This feature:

If you need to disconnect your calendar:
Disconnecting will remove Convo's access to your calendar and hide upcoming events from the dashboard. Your calendar data remains unchanged.
You can reconnect at any time by following the original connection steps. Your events will reappear in the dashboard immediately after reconnection.
Convo takes calendar privacy seriously. Here's what you should know:
Convo only requests calendar.readonly permission. We cannot create, modify, or delete any of your calendar events.
Calendar access tokens are encrypted and stored securely on Convo's backend. They're automatically refreshed before expiration and are never shared with third parties.
When you disconnect your calendar or sign out of Convo, all calendar tokens are immediately revoked and deleted from our systems.
You can revoke Convo's calendar access at any time through Google's account settings or by disconnecting in Convo's settings.
If the OAuth flow fails or shows an error:
You may see this message from Google during beta testing. This is normal and safe. Click Advanced → Go to Convo (unsafe) to proceed. Convo's calendar integration is read-only and cannot modify your calendar.
Calendar connections automatically refresh their access tokens. If you see an "expired" message, try disconnecting and reconnecting your calendar through Settings → My Account.
