That's about 4 meetings per day for a month. Teams with heavy meeting schedules will hit the cap. Overages cost $0.50/hour, which adds up.
Free plan transcripts expire in 3 months
Transcripts on the free plan are deleted after 3 months. Audio after 1 month. If you need to reference old meetings, you lose access unless you upgrade.
Visible bot joins by default
“MeetGeek Notetaker” appears as a participant. The Chrome extension offers bot-free mode but only works in browser-based meetings, not desktop apps like Zoom or Teams desktop.
Notes auto-shared without review
MeetGeek can auto-distribute meeting notes to participants before you review them. No editorial gate between the AI summary and your team.
