How does Convo access my Zoom calls?

Convo runs locally on your computer, capturing Zoom system audio. It never joins as a visible bot—other participants don't see it. Audio processes on your device before syncing to Microsoft Teams.

Will other people on the Zoom call know I'm using this?

No. Unlike Fireflies or Otter, Convo doesn't add a "recording bot" to your Zoom call. It's completely invisible. Only you know it's running.

Will Microsoft Teams channels get spammed with Zoom summaries?

No. You choose which channels get which meeting types. Internal Zoom 1:1s can go to DMs, while all-hands go to #general in Microsoft Teams.
