How does Convo access my Webex calls?

Will other people on the Webex call know I'm using this?

No. Unlike Fireflies or Otter, Convo doesn't add a "recording bot" to your Webex call. It's completely invisible. Only you know it's running.

It listens for "John will..." or "@Sarah can you..." on Webex and maps names to Asana user accounts. You can review assignments before they're created.

Can it update existing Asana tasks or only create new ones?

Both. If a Webex discussion references a Asana task ID or name, Convo updates that task. Otherwise, it creates new tasks with proper linking.
