Will other people on the Webex call know I'm using this?
No. Unlike Fireflies or Otter, Convo doesn't add a "recording bot" to your Webex call. It's completely invisible. Only you know it's running.
How does the data actually get to HubSpot?
Convo connects to HubSpot through automation platforms — Zapier, Make, or IFTTT. After your Webex meeting, Convo triggers your configured automation, which sends the data you've chosen (transcripts, summaries, action items) to HubSpot. Set it up once, then it runs automatically.
