How does Convo access my Riverside calls?

Convo runs locally on your computer, capturing Riverside system audio. It never joins as a visible bot—other participants don't see it. Audio processes on your device before syncing to Dropbox.

Will other people on the Riverside call know I'm using this?

No. Unlike Fireflies or Otter, Convo doesn't add a "recording bot" to your Riverside call. It's completely invisible. Only you know it's running.

How much Dropbox storage does this use?

Convo stores transcripts and summaries (text), not full Riverside recordings unless configured. Text is ~0.1% the size of video, so minimal Dropbox storage impact.
