How does Convo access my Phone calls?

Convo runs locally on your computer, capturing Phone system audio. It never joins as a visible bot—other participants don't see it. Audio processes on your device before syncing to Trello.

Will other people on the Phone call know I'm using this?

No. Unlike Fireflies or Otter, Convo doesn't add a "recording bot" to your Phone call. It's completely invisible. Only you know it's running.

How does Convo know who to assign tasks to in Trello?

It listens for "John will..." or "@Sarah can you..." on Phone and maps names to Trello user accounts. You can review assignments before they're created.

Can it update existing Trello tasks or only create new ones?

Both. If a Phone discussion references a Trello task ID or name, Convo updates that task. Otherwise, it creates new tasks with proper linking.
