Connect your Slack workspace and share call summaries to a channel in one click: key points and action items, formatted for the team, right after the meeting ends.
Connecting Slack
- Open the Convo dashboard and click Settings
- Select Slack in the Integrations section
- Click Connect: your browser opens Slack's authorization page
- Pick the channel Convo should post to: this choice is part of Slack's permission screen
- Click Allow: back in Convo, the page shows Connected to #your-channel
One channel per connection. Posts go to the channel you picked during authorization. To post somewhere else, disconnect and reconnect, choosing the new channel on Slack's screen.
Sharing a call to Slack
- Open any finished call in Convo
- Click Share and choose Slack
- The summary posts to your connected channel: title, key points, and action items
Nothing is shared automatically. A summary only reaches Slack when you send it, so you stay in control call by call, and internal or sensitive conversations never post by accident.
Good to know
What gets posted
The call's summary with key points and action items. Recordings and full transcripts never leave Convo.
Private channels
You can pick any channel you have access to on Slack's authorization screen, including private ones.
Disconnecting
Disconnect any time in Settings → Slack. Messages already posted stay in Slack; Convo simply loses the ability to post new ones.
Next steps
- CRM integrations - Log calls to your CRM with matched attendees
- Notion integration - Every call in a Notion database, automatically
