How does Convo access my Loom calls?

Convo runs locally on your computer, capturing Loom system audio. It never joins as a visible bot—other participants don't see it. Audio processes on your device before syncing to Slack.

Will other people on the Loom call know I'm using this?

No. Unlike Fireflies or Otter, Convo doesn't add a "recording bot" to your Loom call. It's completely invisible. Only you know it's running.

Will Slack channels get spammed with Loom summaries?

No. You choose which channels get which meeting types. Internal Loom 1:1s can go to DMs, while all-hands go to #general in Slack.
