How does Convo access my Discord calls?

Convo runs locally on your computer, capturing Discord system audio. It never joins as a visible bot—other participants don't see it. Audio processes on your device before syncing to Pipedrive.

Will other people on the Discord call know I'm using this?

No. Unlike Fireflies or Otter, Convo doesn't add a "recording bot" to your Discord call. It's completely invisible. Only you know it's running.

Does this work with custom Pipedrive fields?

Yes. During setup, you map which Discord conversation elements (budget mentions, timeline, pain points) populate which Pipedrive fields—including custom fields.

Can I control which Discord calls sync to Pipedrive?

Absolutely. Set rules by meeting type, participant, or Pipedrive opportunity stage. Not every Discord internal sync needs to go into Pipedrive.
