How does Convo access my Discord calls?

Will other people on the Discord call know I'm using this?

No. Unlike Fireflies or Otter, Convo doesn't add a "recording bot" to your Discord call. It's completely invisible. Only you know it's running.

Does this work with custom Close fields?

Yes. During setup, you map which Discord conversation elements (budget mentions, timeline, pain points) populate which Close fields—including custom fields.

Can I control which Discord calls sync to Close?

Absolutely. Set rules by meeting type, participant, or Close opportunity stage. Not every Discord internal sync needs to go into Close.
