How does Convo access my Zoom calls?

Convo runs locally on your computer, capturing Zoom system audio. It never joins as a visible bot—other participants don't see it. Audio processes on your device before syncing to Lever.

Will other people on the Zoom call know I'm using this?

No. Unlike Fireflies or Otter, Convo doesn't add a "recording bot" to your Zoom call. It's completely invisible. Only you know it's running.

How does the data actually get to Lever?

Convo connects to Lever through automation platforms — Zapier, Make, or IFTTT. After your Zoom meeting, Convo triggers your configured automation, which sends the data you've chosen (transcripts, summaries, action items) to Lever. Set it up once, then it runs automatically.
