How does Convo access my GoToMeeting calls?

Convo runs locally on your computer, capturing GoToMeeting system audio. It never joins as a visible bot—other participants don't see it. Audio processes on your device before syncing to Close.

Will other people on the GoToMeeting call know I'm using this?

No. Unlike Fireflies or Otter, Convo doesn't add a "recording bot" to your GoToMeeting call. It's completely invisible. Only you know it's running.

Does this work with custom Close fields?

Yes. During setup, you map which GoToMeeting conversation elements (budget mentions, timeline, pain points) populate which Close fields—including custom fields.
