How does Convo access my BlueJeans calls?

Convo runs locally on your computer, capturing BlueJeans system audio. It never joins as a visible bot—other participants don't see it. Audio processes on your device before syncing to Close.

Will other people on the BlueJeans call know I'm using this?

No. Unlike Fireflies or Otter, Convo doesn't add a "recording bot" to your BlueJeans call. It's completely invisible. Only you know it's running.

Does this work with custom Close fields?

Yes. During setup, you map which BlueJeans conversation elements (budget mentions, timeline, pain points) populate which Close fields—including custom fields.

Can I control which BlueJeans calls sync to Close?

Absolutely. Set rules by meeting type, participant, or Close opportunity stage. Not every BlueJeans internal sync needs to go into Close.

What if Close already has notes from the meeting?

Convo appends new insights rather than overwriting. It timestamps additions from the BlueJeans call so you see what came from AI vs manual entry.
